Didn't he do a good job!

So BJ says that I am really slacking on Blogging. He claims I should be blogging at least twice a week. Well I haven't been blogging up to his standards but I am going to try and turn over a new leaf.
Mother"ss Day was fantastic. I called my mom a few days before to ask her she would like for Mother's Day and she told me flowers. She asked what I wanted? I told her that I wanted this really cute purse. She asked if I had told BJ? I told her I have dropped enough hints he better know. Well here it is isn't it so freakin cute!! I love it!!! He did such a great job!!!
I think on this special day it gives me cause to reflect on those around me who help be who I am. BJ is such a huge part of who I am. He is always looking to do the best for me. He works his butt off and is always so tired from doing so many extra things to try and make money. I Love him so much and am grateful that he is so thoughtful and caring.

Fun in the Sun!

Justin's little boys came down with their Grandma and Uncle from Montana and we all decided to spend time with them and go swimming in the pool at their motel

We all had so much fun even though the pool was cold. The hot tub was luke warm and then it went steaming hot. Justin's boys got to stay at Grandma McGlone's so we had pizza before swimming and the little kids got to play outside together.

I have a feeling Shantel (BJ's sister) might not like this picture but is the only one I got of Ethan and I didn't want to leave him out of my post.
The swings at the Park

Kennidee has very swollen gums and has been so upset. I have been taking her to the park because she likes to swing and she will stop crying. Love her but sometimes she is just a little difficult and I do anything to keep my sanity. Sometimes being "the Mom" is the hardest job on the face of the earth and other times it is the best and most rewarding job. I am glad that I have been blogging and can look back at the good days and the bad. It make it all worth it.

Prom

Aren't these the cutest prom pictures ever! BJ took McKell to the prom. He was a chaperone. He was excited because the students he started teaching as sophmores are now seniors and this is his last event to hang out with them. BJ's evening started out a little rough. I told him McKell is really tired so leave early so that she can get plenty of sleep. So they left about 5:45 and the dance didn't start until 7:30. She slept really good and then she woke up.
BJ called me and McKell was screaming in the background. I asked what was wrong and he told me that she is crying that she wanted to go to church and when that didn't work she started crying that she wanted her mom. I am not quite sure ho long this lasted but he called me a few times with her still crying asking me what should I do. I told her to get out of the car and take her for a walk to ge her to calm down. It worked.

They had lots of fun and McKell talks about being a princess and dancing. This was her first dance but I am pretty sure that it will not be her last.
