Christmas 2010

McKell fell asleep so Kennidee set out the cookies for Santa.  Mom and Dad forgot to make cookies so we stopped at Maverik and bought some.
Santa's Loot for the kids before they come down the stairs.
BJ was again the most excited and woke up the kids.  He ran downstairs and kept telling us to come on.
The infamous pillowpets arrived via Santa.  They were so excited! They are still sleeping with them.
Me and KC were just hanging out.  BJ bought me the pampered chef kit.  It was so cool.
BJ got shoes, BYU stuff and a power pack for camping.
KC slept most of the time.
Christmas outfits.  Look they're pink!  Could that be these girls favorite color.
 Grandma and Grandpa McGlones
Kennidee got a princess Tiana doll.  She lovessssssss Princess and the Frog!!!!!
BJ was in love with the nerf guns this year.  He bought his 2 nephews nerf guns.  What a coincidence because all of the boys ended up with nerf guns.
We got our brother in law Nate again this year and he always ask for a gift card.  BJ and I gave him a universal gift card of cash that we put in the end of a toilet plunger.  With the saying "By 'George' when your life is in the dumps use this to help you out".  It was great because it wasn't something he was expecting.

Cookies

The girls and I mads some Christmas cookies last week.  They had so much fun decorating them.  I'll be honest I would not eat their cookies for anything they looked horrible.  Too much frosting and sprinkles.  It was a practice round so that we can make santas cookies tomorrow.

Preschool concert

McKell and her cousin Steve have been able to go to school together this past fall.  They had their preschool concert a few days after I got home from the hospital.  Miss Lacy is their preschool teacher and we love her.
McKell danced in the back for the entire concert.  The parent next to me asked me if she was my daughter and I said "yes" and she said "She is hilarious, does she always dance?".  She was way funny to watch because she was having her own dance concert within her music concert.
McKell is getting so old she keeps asking me when she gets to go to Kindergarten.  It will be here before we know it.  She loves going to school and learning.  I think she will be sad when she figures out Miss Lacy won't be her teacher anymore.

KC Jared Roberts

KC is a sweet boy during the day and "Trouble at night".  We aren't getting much sleep at our house.  The girls absoultely love him and are constantly kissing him.  He has lots of blond hair and his eyes look like they are going to be blue.
He is above his birth weight at 7lbs 11 oz

KC Roberts

KC was born yesterday at 8:03am.  He was 19.5 inches long, 7 lbs 10 oz.  He was our biggest yet by almost a pound.  I am doing lots better today.  Yesterday was full of itchieness and nausea.
BJ and I didn't create very good lungs again and KC has been in the NICU to get help with his breathing.  He also had low blood sugar and a round of surfactant to stimulate his lungs.  He is pretty cute and looks a ton like BJ.
He was taken off the CPAP last night and is doing better so we will see how he does today.  They hopefully will move him back out to the regular nursery.  McKell and Kennidee got to see him yesterday and thought he was pretty cute.

Thanksgiving and the Christmas Light Parade

Each year on Black Friday we end the day with going to the Spanish Fork light parade.  This year I didn't go Black Friday shopping until 8am.  I was so tired and slept horrible that night and hadn't really seen anything in the ads that enticed me.  BJ did go out at 5am and bought the few things that we had seen.
We spent Thanksgiving at my dad's house.  I helped Kathryn make 8 pies the day before.  BJ made the stuffing/dressing and the potatoes.  He did a great job.  We had 6 of my siblings at my dad's by the time we got to dessert and I think that is the most in 8+ years.

Halloween

Better late than never.  Here are my girls in their witch costumes from Halloween.  They had so much fun going trick or treating once the rain let up.  Kenni kept telling me more candy mom.  She was really good at saying trick or treat.
Here is a picture of the Roberts grandkids before heading out for the evening.

Dentist

I took the girls to the dentist for the first time.  I took them by myself did I mention I took them by myself.  BJ scheduled all three of us for the same day.  I will never take them when I have to have my teeth cleaned again.  I was laying with my mouth open and my arm was stretched as for as I could to try and keep Kennidee in the room.

Both of my girls did extremely well.  I thought Kennidee would freak out but she watched McKell go first and then she said is it my turn now.  I said yep and she jumped up on the chair and had her teeth cleaned.  I was shocked.  She wouldn't let the actual dentist get anywhere close to her she screamed and jumped off the chair pretty fast.  They did so good for it being their first time.

Bowling

We went bowling with Brian and Alisha.  We went to the new bowling alley with all of our kids.  McKell had so much fun rolling her ball.  She tried rolling it with just her own strength and it didn't quite make it.
Alisha and Annika bowling.  We all shared an order of fries.  Their fries were to die for.  When I put my shoes on I felt like my feet were going to burst.  I then went to pick out a ball and my fingers could hardly even fit in the holes.  It was so uncomfortable and I ripped off the top part of my thumbnail by the end of the night.
I definetly did not win this game.  Brian kicked all of our trash, then BJ, Alisha over took me right at the end which put me desd last.   By the way I am pretty sure Annika won me too.
